To my long-time clients, customers, colleagues & friends:

After more than 20 years in the Real Estate Business, a recent diagnosis compels me to take an indefinite medical leave of absence from active real estate sales for the foreseeable future. Thankfully, the issue is something that can be addressed successfully. Unfortunately doing so will require more time and energy than I can provide while keeping up what I consider to be adequate service levels for my clientele, and thus my decision. 

While my official business cut-off deadline is August 31, 2012 (in order to properly honor my existing property management agreements through their expiration), I unfortunately am no longer taking any new business assisting buyers in finding, or owners in preparing and selling their homes. Nor am I taking on any new management business, and, in fact, this lengthy notice was designed to give my existing rental owners more than enough time to get settled in with new managers or figure out alternate plans.

If you still see a rental property on this site, then I am still the manager of record and additional details can be found on the specific property page. 

For those of you who are my past clients and customers: my legal ability to conduct real estate business (answer questions, refer you to others who can help you, or even provide limited fee-based consulting services) will remaining in place until at least the end of 2013, so you'll have a long time yet to ask me any questions, or to get suggestions on who might be the best person to hire to help you with any of your real estate needs that are more involved than I can help you with during my leave of absence.

Thank you for your understanding, it has been a pleasure working with all of you, and I look forward to hearing from you from time to time.
