Let me share a quiet truth about real estate. Most real estate professionals are easily distracted by the prospect of generating new business, rather than tending to the clients they have already committed to serve. After you hire them, they often become much more difficult to contact. The time it takes for them to return your call may go from minutes to hours to days (or even longer). For these types, providing you with timely feedback on activity is a very low priority item. If they're not making progress on selling your home, you're likely the last person they want to speak with. 1. Each time your property is requested to be shown to a prospective buyer either by Lori or by any other Realtor, the details of the showing are entered into Lori's Home Feedback System.
2. The system is then programmed to follow up with each showing REALTOR up to three times to solicit the buyer's comments on your home (Most REALTORs don't have the motivation or time to follow-up even once, let alone three times). Feedback is also received MUCH more often as it is more convenient for the showing Realtor to provide it according to their own busy schedule. Once received, this feedback is entered into the system.
3. As one of Lori's Seller clients, you will receive private online access to the Home Feedback System where you can 24/7:
- View all requested, scheduled and past showing appointments;
- View all pending and received feedback & comment responses;
- View statistics summarizing all feedback to-date;
- View comments posted by Lori regarding the showings themselves or other related marketing topics
What does this mean to you?
- You'll get immediate direct feedback from prospective buyers of your home allowing Lori to help you correct any misconceptions about your home or improve on issues with the way your home shows so that these issues don't negatively impact the sale of your home.
- Lori's system logs all the REALTORS that have seen your property. This can be used to instantly email every REALTOR that has shown your home to let them know when we are making a price or other change. After all, what good is a marketing change if nobody knows about it?
