Welcome!   If you're visiting this site between August and April it is possible that few if any of these homes may be available as virtually all of Lori's properties require leases that cover the winter months.  This means that April - August is typically the only time when these homes usually come up for rent---unless we have a relocating military tenant or a newly managed property.

To determine the current status for each home, just look for the banner in the upper left hand corner of the photo.  If you are planning ahead, take a look at that home's details to find more information about projected availability.  While you are welcome to contact me at any time within the last 60 days of a lease (inquiries prior to that will go unanswered) about a home possibly coming open for rent:  per my leases, homes are only advertised and available for showing within the last 30 days of the current lease term.  Keep in mind that if you are viewing properties shown as "rented" before they actually come up for advertising & showing, be aware that the rent shown represents the amount from the beginning of the last lease term, and does not necessarily reflect current market rents.
