The buyers below have undergone, or soon will undergo, extensive counseling regarding the current and historical local residential real estate market as well as being pre-qualified to Lori's satisfaction (and that ain't easy) to establish their ability to purchase the type of home or property they are looking for. As a result, they are much better prepared financially and otherwise to tackle the search for their next (maybe first?) home with a keen eye and realistic expectations.
Especially helpful to those pioneers amongst you who have chosen to bear the burden of selling privately (without the assistance of a real estate professional)--you are encouraged to take a look at the physical characteristics, as well as the detailed notes on what each buyer is hoping to find. Maybe among these folks you'll find a match for YOUR home?
