Quality over Quantity!
In keeping with a 15+ year tradition of quality over quantity in business dealings, you will typically only find a handful of homes for sale or buyers represented by Lori at any given time. Why? Well, some of the reasons include: your home will sell with my assistance, on average, much faster than usual for our MLS; each buyer or seller or property management client receives my best efforts-therefore I serve fewer clients so that standards do not fall; most marketing, follow-up, investigative & customer service tasks are not delegated to a less-experienced "assistant" who might not catch an issue as early as I can; and last but certainly not least, business is intentionally limited so that I have the opportunity to spend quality time with my infant daughter and husband on a regular basis.
As a result of this, you will never find a long "impressive" list of buyers or sellers I've only spoken to once or twice. Instead only those buyers and sellers I truly feel are well-informed, realistic, committed and pre-qualified are shown on these pages. For homes, that means I feel it is priced within reason, according to local market values and in keeping with the seller's stated goals. It also means that there will never be a slapped together collection of properties that sit here "for sale" for months and months, in the hopes of keeping the phone ringing to generate other, more productive business.... As you will only find a handful of homes listed by Lori (as explained above), it's highly likely you'll also want to do a wider search from our local Realtor Multiple Listing Service (MLS). The actual MLS, the secure Realtors-only database to which all local residential Realtors submit virtually every home for sale, contains even more extensive information. The results of your search via this service will still provide you with plenty of helpful home for sale information so that you can narrow your choices a bit *without* having to deal with a real estate person before you are ready.
