In keeping with my sometimes ridiculously lofty goals, I have made a long term committment to improving the amount of real-live useful rental information available on our community. Rentals, mind you, that I have no responsibility for, do NOT manage and sadly, don't even receive any payment for making your lives a little bit easier. Seeing as how there has essentially been next to no good information since as far back as anyone can remember, this is a VERY longterm and incremental project. For most of the properties below, there is little or no on-line data and so the information provided below is the result of good old fashioned detective work which takes plenty of time, money & staffing resources--resources which are always first dedicated to serving the needs of my existing clients & customers.
So, please be aware that although improvements & additions will come to this page...they will not necessarily be linear (for example, by alphabetic name of rental units) nor added on a pre-determined timetable. You can always reference the update summary at the top of this page to review what's been happening lately to see if something you were looking for has been added. it should be noted that it is *possible* but NOT guaranteed that if I receive a lot of particular inquiries about a specific rental complex--that it just might be posted sooner than others....just food for thought.
It should also be mentioned that this page will eventually be VERY long in order to keep the information all in one place, and searchable. If you don't want to go cross-eyed scrolling through everything, then feel free to use a basic "find" to try to jump to what you are looking for (if it's been posted yet).
