Income Guidelines: Permanent Wages/Income of $3000/month min. with at least 6 months of consistent work history.
Deposit(s): Security Deposit equal to one month's rent, $400/per pet fee (if pet(s) are approved).
References: References will need to be provided on the rental application.
Avg Utilities: The house is heated by an efficient monitor heater & fuel average should be about 40 gallons/month. Water: 1000g Water holding tank. Haul your own for about a penny a gallon or 8 to 9 cents/gallon delivered. Usage depends on occupant's water habits.
Drive-by Instructions: Take Goldstream Valley Road to Ivory Jacks Restaurant, Turn onto Jones Road (just across Goldstream from Ivory Jacks) and continue up to Horsetail Trail on the left (homemade dark brown sign, with other signs attached). Left on Horsetail Trail, look for "2631" sign at the driveway. L @ the driveway, continue past log cabin, home will be on the left. There is plenty of room to turn around at the house.
