Beautifully finished natural logs with vaulted ceiling make this cozy cabin a perfect winter hide-out! Driveway approaches cabin from the back, so the front (See main photo) entrance/porch face into the woods in one corner of this 5 acre parcel that is shared with the main house. Nothing except the first 20' of driveway or so is shared with the main house, it is not visible from the cabin.
Rental Terms:
Lease: tenant may choose to terminate lease either on last day of May, June, or July of following summer. Thereafter, by annual lease renewal.
Rent: $395/month, tenant pays all utilities (elec & heat, very inexpensive)
Deposit(s): $395 Security Deposit, $400/pet deposit per approved pet, maximum of two upon approval.
Avg Utilities: The cabin is heated by an efficient monitor heater & fuel averages are ridiculously low. Although cost varies with use, it would be reasonable to estimate a monthly heating bill of approx $40-55/month average.
Drive-by Instructions: Take Goldstream Valley Road to Ivory Jacks Restaurant, Turn onto Jones Road (just across Goldstream from Ivory Jacks) and continue up +/- 1 mi. to Horsetail Trail on the left (homemade dark brown sign, with other signs attached). Left on Horsetail Trail, look for signs the "2631" sign at the driveway. L @ the driveway, then cabin is immediately on your left (visible from Horsetrail Trail)
