Seth and Aida are looking for a Single Family home between $150,000 and $250,000 or a Condo/Townhouse/0-Lot Line up to $200,000. Minimum requirements for either are at least 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a minimum of 1100 sqare feet of living space. Good, natural bright light in the home is essential (no basement condo units, please). This family likes to congregate, so small bedrooms are okay--but they prefer nice open common rooms! In higher price ranges, garages & extra baths are a must!
