Most Important: Woodriver or UPark school district Fairbanks, North Pole Home

Jarek & Lila are looking for a home in West/Northwest Fairbanks but only in the School Districts that belong to either Wood River or University Park.  Do you have a home for sale (privately or with a realtor) in the Woodriver or University Park School Districts?  Does it have at least 800+ (preferably 1000+) Square feet of living space?  If so, then Lila & Jarek may be a good match for your home... 

In town, or out of town are both just fine...however if in town, they do greatly prefer a yard with some trees or orientation that creates just a bit of privacy so that the home isn't visibly wide-open to neighbors on several sides.

Flexible regarding size, they do however require at least 2 bedrooms *plus* one other room besides the normal ivingroom/dining/kitchen.  A 3rd bedroom, or office, or den, or loft, or family room would all work.  And although a garage is much preferred, its not an absolute requirement unless the price of the home is in the very top end of their range of up to $220K.
